Andrew Ashmore is a Vice President at BlueRidge Real Estate Partners. His primary focus is sourcing and executing industrial and industrial outdoor storage (IOS) deals for clients across the Atlanta market with a concentration in South Atlanta. 

Prior to joining BlueRidge, Andrew was a Vice President on the Atlanta Industrial team at Stream Realty Partners. At Stream he served as the firm’s Airport submarket leader, completing more than $125 million in lease and sale transactions during his tenure.

Andrew began his career in supply chain software consulting at both Manhattan Associates and Deposco, where he led implementation and support teams for clients across the United States, Canada, and Europe.
