Beau Acuff is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of BlueRidge Real Estate Partners, where he focuses on sourcing, structuring, and executing industrial and industrial outdoor storage (IOS) lease, acquisition, disposition, and development opportunities. Beau works closely with owners, operators, and capital partners to identify opportunities and deliver value through disciplined execution and market insight. Prior to founding BlueRidge, Beau served as an Executive Vice President on the Atlanta industrial team at Stream Realty Partners. During his tenure, he completed more than seven million square feet of industrial lease and sale transactions totaling over $300 million in consideration. Beau was recognized as Stream Atlanta’s Top Producer in 2024 and was a consistent top producer within the firm’s Atlanta platform.

Earlier in his career, Beau worked with Newell Brands as a Brand Manager, where he gained experience in business planning, performance analysis, and team collaboration within a large, publicly traded organization.
