Emily is a Vice President at BlueRidge Real Estate Partners. At BlueRidge, Emily works to service the firm’s institutional landlord platform, assisting with every aspect of the lease and sale process from identifying to executing on opportunities. Her in-depth knowledge of real estate, transactions, and market dynamics enables her to deliver strategic insight and uncover unique opportunities for her clients. 

While Emily’s primary focus is on landlord representation, she also leverages her experience to support investment sales and tenant representation efforts, providing a well-rounded perspective that drives results across all sides of a transaction.

Emily started her career at Stream Realty Partners, growing her knowledge and business from Analyst to Senior Associate. At Stream, Emily worked diligently to develop and advance the firm’s institutional landlord platform.
