Evan Thomas is an Analyst at BlueRidge Real Estate Partners, where he supports the firm’s industrial brokerage, capital markets, and development efforts across the Atlanta market. He works closely with the team on landlord and tenant representation assignments, as well as investment sales and industrial outdoor storage (IOS) opportunities. Evan plays an active role in sourcing and progressing deals, supporting market research, client outreach, financial analysis, and transaction execution across a wide range of industrial product types. His work helps drive informed decision-making and efficient outcomes for clients ranging from local operators to institutional investors.

Prior to joining BlueRidge, Evan was an Analyst at Stream Realty Partners on the Atlanta industrial team, where he supported leasing and sales activity across a diverse portfolio of industrial assets and worked alongside senior brokers on a wide range of transactions.
