Jack Sallis is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of BlueRidge Real Estate Partners. He plays a key role in shaping the firm’s strategic direction, with responsibilities spanning operations, business development, client advisory, and the execution of industrial leasing and investment transactions. With a focus on investor services, Jack leverages deep market knowledge to help institutional clients identify and execute off-market acquisition, disposition, and development opportunities.

Prior to founding BlueRidge, Jack served as an Executive Vice President at Stream Realty Partners. During his tenure, he completed lease and sale transactions totaling more than $500 million in consideration. During his tenure, he was named Stream Atlanta’s Top Producer and consistently ranked among the firm’s top three producers in Atlanta.
