Kate Fletcher serves as the Director of Marketing at BlueRidge Real Estate Partners, where she oversees the firm's marketing operations. In this role, she drives strategic brand positioning through the development of high-impact tour collateral, offering memorandums, targeted email campaigns, and leasing signage. 

Prior to joining BlueRidge, Kate was a Marketing Specialist at Northmarq on the Investment Sales Team. In this role, she supported multiple broker teams by producing creative marketing materials and optimizing digital strategies to drive engagement. 

Kate began her career as a graphic designer with industry leaders like HD Supply and Kelly Products. This strong design foundation gives her a unique creative edge today, allowing her to deliver both visually compelling and highly effective marketing solutions.
