Mack Freudenstein serves as Head of Capital Markets at Blue Ridge Real Estate Partners, where he leads the firm’s investment sales and capital advisory platform on behalf of institutional and private capital clients. His experience includes executing industrial dispositions for institutions, private capital, and owner/users, as well as advising investors on off-market acquisitions.

Prior to joining Blue Ridge, Mack spent five years at Stream Realty Partners in Atlanta, where he was responsible for Industrial Capital Markets. In this role, he led the execution of investment sales assignments on behalf of institutional and private clients, providing strategic advisory, underwriting, valuation, and transaction management services throughout the disposition process.

Mack began his career with Goddard Investment Group, where he developed a strong foundation in real estate analytics, asset management, leasing, and acquisitions/dispositions. He ultimately became Chief Investment Officer, overseeing acquisitions for two privately held real estate investment funds totaling $430 million, focused on value-add office opportunities throughout the Sunbelt.

Following his time on the principal side, Mack joined Eastdil Secured, where he was a member of an investment sales team specializing in the disposition of office properties across the Sunbelt. During his tenure, he helped close over $1 billion in institutional real estate transactions.
